Cage thinks he is human and therefore can't understand why he must stay home during the day when there are people outside of the backyard doing exciting things like playing in the park, walking a pram, riding to school, going to the shops......

A smart (but naughty) dog, Cage always finds a way to join others as they go about their daily business.

Luckily the folk of Carrum Downs are quite friendly and very good to Cage, calling his devastated owner to once again come and fetch him from surrounding streets, schools, parks, shopping centres......

If found, Cage will quite happily jump into a stranger's car, find a way into their backyard to play or leap into their lap for a bit if a cuddle.

Cagey boy is a loving dog and aside from the houdini escape stresses, brings so much joy to my life.
